So....I'm posting this here as I really don't know where to post it....but anyways

I tried to create a new pack to the mod. T followed all steps in the explanation pdf, verified everything to see if it was in place and tested it. The result was that there was no sign of my dubstep gun in the game, even when the pack name was inside the Packs.txt. I checked everything and there was nothing misspelled in the folders, so the only thing that I think could have gone wrong is this:

Is anything that could be wrong in here? If not...............I don't know what else to do



EDIT: since I already tried everything to make this work and it didn't (and my attempt to try other packs failed) , I would like to verify how the structure of the mod is (after installing my modpack)


There are 2 folders in the mods folder. One is called "SaintsPack-0.7-Minecraft_1.7.2", and the other is called "saintspack"

Inside the first folder ("SaintsPack-0.7-Minecraft_1.7.2") , there are folders called "assets" "META-INF" and "wthieves", and a txt document named "mcmod"

Inside "assets", there is a folder called "saintspack", and there you find folders called "sounds", "lang" and "textures", and a archive called "sounds.json"

In the folders "sounds" and "textures", there are the sounds and textures of the guns. The textures and sounds of my pack are there too.


Back to the second folder in the mods folder ("saintspack"), there are 4 folders: "defaultpack", "extendedpack", "powerpack" and my pack folder, "testpack"

Inside "testpack" there is the "testpack.txt" where the info of the guns is located.

The "sainstpack" folder also comes with the "Packs.txt" archive, the list of the packs used in the mod. My pack name is in the end of the list.

Keep in mind that the gun is supposed to be a joke, and that I speak portuguese, and so some things in the pack may be writen in portuguese (gun description, name, etc.)
